True to our roots, all orders ship out of our designated eCommerce consumer warehouse in Lisbon, New Hampshire. Our dedicated shipping team fosters great relationships with both UPS and USPS, and we strive to get your order out the door as quickly as possible and into their capable hands for a fast, on time delivery.

Shipping is always FREE! We’re offer completely free shipping within the continental US to all orders via our special Free Flat Rate Ground service. We’re also proud to support our troops and extend this service to all APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
If you would like to request a shipping service outside of our Free Flat Rate Ground service, the cost will be calculated for you at checkout. These costs are calculated based on the actual cost to ship your order and are never inflated.
Orders sipping to the non-continental US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands) are charged a reduced rate flat shipping fee of $22 per order. Click here for more information.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a clickable UPS tracking number to track your package. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us and we’ll send it to you. For certain addresses, you may be issued with a USPS tracking number.
If you have any special requirements or comments regarding your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
Customs Fees, Taxes and Duties for International Shipments

Please be aware that, if your order is shipped to Canada or anywhere else outside of the US, you may be charged additional customs fees, taxes or duties by your local government and /or postal service. These charges are associated with the import of an item into another country and are assessed by the customs department of your home country. They are completely outside of our control and White Mountain Footwear may not predict, influence, or be held accountable for these charges.
If you do not wish to pay the additional fees associated with your order, you may refuse the package and it will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that packages can take several weeks to be returned to us. You will be refunded for the order but please bear in mind that return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping fees are also non-refundable.

If your package is lost, please reach out directly to the shipping vendor, United Parcel Service, via telephone at 1-800-PICK-UPS (800-742-5877) or online via www.ups.com. Please have your tracking # ready so that the courier may work with you to ensure the successful delivery of your package. If your package cannot be recovered, please contact us with full details of your order and we will be happy to assist you.
